The audit form asks for your name, email, website URL and, if you want, what worries you about that website.

Those details are sent to gabibrevi@gmail.com through FormSubmit. I use them to reply about the audit. I do not sell them or pass them to another company.

The form includes a hidden field that filters automated submissions. You do not need to fill it in.
