WordPress, Next.js, or a static landing?
There is no single right tool for every company. There is a right one for the problem in front of you.
A static landing is enough when content rarely changes and the goal is to explain and capture interest. It is fast and simple to keep.
WordPress makes sense if the team will publish often and already knows it. The risk is a pile of plugins nobody owns.
Next.js fits when the site is a product: several languages, integrations, a private area, or pieces that have to stay fast and yours.
The decision comes from who will edit, what must connect, and what happens if the project grows. It does not come from a trend.
